Orienteering in the rain

This is going to be the name for the new musical I'm writing- I was inspired by the cruel activity that my P.E teachers made my class do today.
Lets just say that the we haven't had the best weather recently down here in the South West recently.
When I walked to school today, I was pretty optimistic: the sun was shining and I couldn't see a cloud in the sky. However, fast forward two hours to my P.E lesson, and all you could see was this big black cloud. Great.
So, seeing this disaster in the making, my teachers thought it would be good if they made us run around looking for specified points whilst they stayed in a bus shelter until we were done. 10 minutes into our search and, you guessed it, it started to rain cats and dog. I got absolutely soaked! Then, it took my teachers an additionally 10 minutes, with us standing in this weather, just to make sure we were all back. Seriously? I don't think anybody would have stayed out longer than absolutely necessary!

We still managed to have a good time, though. We all started to discuss about how this would be the perfect kissing weather as it was so romantic and we also managed to have a laugh. We all started singing in the rain and dancing (even the teachers found it amusing!) but, best of all, we were in hysterics after a girl in our class turned up covered in black hairspray that had ran down her face and onto her kit. She had been told to put the hairspray on to cover up her purple streak, little did she know that it wasn't water proof! She looked as is she had put waaayy too much mascara on!

Me and my best friend- I wasn't kidding when I said I was soaked to the bone!
